Why choose Axis Manifolds?

Products address all common measurement issues caused by non-standard setup
Ergonomic, customer-friendly design that saves time and effort on installation
Client-first approach with better product quality and value than any of our competitors

Axis leads the way in client service.

Client service is at our core
“We asked for an all-inclusive packaging system for our field techs. What the Axis team came up with for their manifolds far exceeded our expectations [and] takes all the uncertainty out of our installations."
Brian T.
“We were having problems with leaking in cold temperatures. When we switched to Axis manifolds, their engineering team trained my field techs on correct material selection and that made all the difference.”
Taylor R.
“Competitive price. Large inventory. Friendly people. Honest business. That pretty much sums up Axis Measurement.”
David M.
What type of manifold do I need?

That all depends on your operation. We like to make sure our clients are getting exactly what they need, and we’re here to educate you about the best options for every application. Contact us to get started.

What are the pressure and temperature ratings of different seats and seals or valves?

Depending on your operating environment, Axis can provide seats and seals to handle temperature ranges up to 400º F and pressure environments exceeding 6000 psi.

Do Axis products conform to ASME, API, or other standards?

Axis products are engineered to comply with all applicable standards. Please reach out to our engineering department for an extensive list of our design criteria.

What’s the difference between manifold flanged and pipe connections?

Different applications require different connection methods. When available, a close-coupled flanged connection is preferred for accuracy of measurement. When space is restricted or check measurements are required, a tubed remote mounted application can be achieved by a ½” NPT connection to our remote mount 5-valve manifold.

Why is it called a “gas chromatograph” manifold?

The gas chromatograph manifold is designed to simplify connections of multiple gas sources and eliminate leaks of hard-to-contain gasses. Our gas chromatograph facilitates the easy installation and replacement of gas carrier cylinders.
